Wedding Destination: Pampanga Year 15 is very special because it features a physical bridal fair happening on August 4 to 6, 2023 at the SMX Convention Center Clark and will be augmented by an online bridal fair hosted at www.pampangaweddings.com/wdp2023. The online bridal fair will run up to August 30, 2023.

To get the complete bridal fair experience, you need to complete your profile. This means making sure that all your information is correct and complete (especially your contact information). Once you make an inquiry eith any exhibitor, your information will be integral in them making an accurate quotation or offer. Below are some of the information that we will need from you.

Name
You or your significant other’s name. If you are inquiring for another person, please put your name in here BUT make sure to mention that you are inquiring for another person in the message box.

Email
This is very important because this will be where replies from your inquiries will be going

Contact number
For when you want a faster and more direct way of communicating with your supliers

Target Event Date
Filling this out will ensure that the exhibitor/supplier is available on your desired date. If you still are not sure about the date of your event, we suggest putting a range or options

Type of Event
Please specify your type of event: wedding, corporate, birthday, etc.

Ceremony Venue
If your event is a wedding, please make sure to fill this in as well. You can also put multiple options here if you still have not booked your ceremony venue yet.

Target Event Venue
This will be the venue for your reception or your party. You can also put multiple options here if you still have not booked any venue yet.

Target Number of Guests
We’re pretty sure you have a number in mind. Especially for venues, this will tell them if their place has the capacity to accommodate your party.

Exhibitors

Exhibitors listed here will be the same exhibitors that will be at the bridal fair at SMX Convention Center Clark. Each exhibitor has their very own pages containing their contact information and some samples of their work. On the home page, you can simply click on any of the categories and the exhibitors from that particular category will appear. You can access the exhibitors’ pages by clicking on their logos.

You can contact exhibitors via the form on their exhibitor page, or by contacting them directly with the contact information listed on their page.
