Tio Julian`s Catering is a company committed to total client
satisfaction beyond their great expectations and moneys’ worth.
Its founder, Julian Bautista Manahan had extensive experience of
more than 60 years in the food service business. Registered owner,
Dr. Jorge S. Manahan D.V.M, despite being a Veterinarian,
Agricultural Contractor and Equipment Importer/ Distributor,
finished training at the International School for Culinary Arts and
Hotel Management in Manila, thus further enhancing his knowledge
and skills in the craft he is seriously into.
At present, Tio Julian’s Catering is being operated and managed by
Jonas S. Manahan. He had extensive culinary trainings locally and at
Emmstrom Maritime School run by Marlow Navigation in Leer,
Germany. He finished Culinary and Banquet short courses during his 10
year stay in Dublin, Ireland. His previous culinary work experience
was being a Maritime Chef and a Chef at The Mint Restaurant, a
Michellin starred restaurant in Dublin, Ireland.
Being an off-premise caterer, Tio Julian`s Catering ensures that preparation
and handling of food is of utmost priority, having its own kitchen,
commissary and warehouse. Fully equipped to handle clients from the
Southern to the Northern parts of Luzon such as Laguna, Cavite, Nueva
Ecija, Tarlac, Bataan and Vigan City with its reefer vans and cambro food
carriers, food is sure to be delivered clean, fresh and in good condition.
In lieu to its commitment to food excellence and service, Tio Julian`s
opened its restaurant which was located along McArthur Highway, San
Fernando. In its short stint, it was named #2 Best Restaurant in Pampanga in
Ang Pinaka Show of GMA Channel 11.
All these were born out of its founders` desire to provide the best quality
food and services a client deserves. These principles passed on to its
second generation of owners-a commitment engraved in them, a key to
every Tio Julian’s endeavor.
